Regrettably, we are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses or military addresses.
5. Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing in Transit

JUSTGINGERZ.COM accepts returns due to a change of mind as long as the request is submitted within 15 days of receiving the item, and the product is returned to our facility. This policy applies exclusively to orders under $30 USD.
The returned item must be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Upon receipt of the returned package, we will process the refund, providing you with a full reimbursement for the product value.
