The average shipping times range from 15 to 21 days. Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. 3. Can I return my order if I'm not satisfied or if there's an issue?

Yes, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee for defective or damaged products. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return the item to us for a full refund. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the product, we will initiate a full refund. Please ensure to include your name and order number on the returned parcels. Please be aware that if your package is in transit, you must wait for it to arrive before initiating a return and receiving a refund.

4. Is it possible to cancel my order?
